Maddie may be naive about some things, but this wasn't one of them. She doesn't miss the sighs, and the way he's constantly on his phone, or the foot tapping. He doesn't want to be here. And after this, he doesn't have to be. Her intention was not to trap him, or even force him to be a part of her life, nor the baby's. She just wants to prove she's not lying, and go.
